Telemarketer And Customer Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Handle all inbound sales enquiries (calls, texts, emails) and provide quotations
• Maintain timely follow-ups and keep close tracking of assigned customer portfolio for closure of orders
• Prepare order documents and arrange for deliveries
• Coordinate with other departments ( inventory control, dispatch )
• Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service
• Build exceptional rapport with client base

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Distribution, or a relevant field
• Self-motivated achiever
• Takes initiative to convert day-to day inquiries into purchase orders
• Fast learner in price computation and problem-solving
• Committed to fulfil sales target set by the company
• Strong end-to-end selling skills including needs assessments, follow up, closing deal
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Outspoken and cheerful
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing and highly digitized environment
• Fluent in English orTagalog
• Responsible and keen learning attitude
• Superior negotiation and customer service skills are advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
