We are currently recruiting for an Australian owned, highly reputable, company, specializing in providing high-quality products to the public - designed for enhanced comfort and support. They have a permanent full-time vacancy for a Sales Consultant to join their team located in Molendinar.

The Role
As the Sales Consultant will join a small, fun, and friendly team, where you will be making outbound sales calls to warm leads. Upon closing the sales you will take payment over the phone or offer finance options, if this is the clients preference.

Duties Include:

  • Engaging with customers to build rapport and understand and qualifying their needs
  • Providing detailed information about the product offerings
  • Closing sales over the phone
  • Processing payments and finance applications
  • Following up on leads where the deal was not closed initially
  • Generating referrals and additional leads
  • Updating the CRM system and maintaining accurate records
  • Participating in a supportive and driven team culture

Applicant Requirements:
We are looking for a seasoned tele sale's person, someone with a proven tack record of making outbound calls and a strength in closing a sale.

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within a similar industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and previous experience using a CRM system (Experience with zoho is advantageous but not essential)
  • Ability to build customer relationships and close sales effectively
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve high performance
  • Experience in selling furniture, bedding, medical equipment, or similar products will be highly regarded
