Telesales Agent (Food Service)

The Role:

We are looking for a Customer Order Coordinator to support our existing customer base by managing daily orders, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering process.

This is a key operational role within the business, focused on customer service and order accuracy rather than cold calling or aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers on a daily/weekly basis to take and confirm orders
• Accurately input orders into the system
• Ensure all pricing, products, and quantities are correct
• Build strong working relationships with customers through regular contact
• Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth deliveries
• Handle customer queries relating to orders, products, and deliveries
• Monitor customer ordering patterns and follow up where needed
• Support the wider sales and accounts team as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service, telesales support, or order processing role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and phone manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational and time management skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary: €34,000 – €36,000

• Are you able to work the following hours of work are 10am to 6:30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 10am to 5pm. There is also a Sunday requirement (remote 2-4 hrs average) which is rotated between the team (Friday off if working Sunday).
