Position Descriptor:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Inclusion Teacher to join our team at Norwood International High School, located in Magill, South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic learning community focused on inclusion, wellbeing and collaboration.

  • What you will do:
  • deliver inclusive and engaging learning for students with additional learning needs

  • work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the wider community to support student access, participation, and success

  • support student progress through effective assessment, feedback, and targeted intervention

  • create a safe and respectful learning environment where all students can thrive

  • work with teachers to implement classroom adjustments and inclusive teaching strategies across Tier 1 and Tier 2 support

  • coordinate disability processes and documentation, including One Plans, NCCD evidence, and funding requirements

  • analyse student data to identify needs and inform interventions that improve engagement, regulation, and learning outcomes

  • help guide and allocate learning support staff to ensure effective classroom support
