deliver inclusive and engaging learning for students with additional learning needs
work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the wider community to support student access, participation, and success
support student progress through effective assessment, feedback, and targeted intervention
create a safe and respectful learning environment where all students can thrive
work with teachers to implement classroom adjustments and inclusive teaching strategies across Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
coordinate disability processes and documentation, including One Plans, NCCD evidence, and funding requirements
analyse student data to identify needs and inform interventions that improve engagement, regulation, and learning outcomes
help guide and allocate learning support staff to ensure effective classroom support
