Electronic Tech, Inc. helps manufacturers keep their production lines running by repairing industrial electronics, troubleshooting automation systems, and training maintenance teams.

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who enjoys opening new doors, building relationships, and solving real problems for manufacturing plants.

This role focuses on working with Maintenance Managers, Plant Managers, and Controls Engineers across North and South Carolina. The position is highly relationship-driven and requires prospecting, visiting manufacturing facilities, and developing new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and open new manufacturing accounts
  • Follow up on appointments generated by our internal calling team
  • Reconnect with past customers from our existing database
  • Visit manufacturing plants and introduce our services
  • Identify downtime problems where our services can help
  • Present repair, troubleshooting, and training solutions
  • Generate quotes and close service opportunities
  • Manage and maintain your sales pipeline in the CRM

This role requires someone comfortable prospecting, starting conversations, and consistently opening new business accounts.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $55,000
  • Commission: 5–10% on new sales
  • Expected earnings: $90,000 – $120,000+

The territory has the potential to generate $500K – $1M in annual revenue as relationships develop.

You will not be starting from scratch.

Electronic Tech provides:

Primary coverage includes North Carolina and South Carolina, with most travel involving local and regional manufacturing facilities within a few hours of Charlotte.
