Territory Sales Representative

Bandera Financial is seeking a dedicated, driven sales & sales management professional to join our organization. The individual we are looking for NEEDS to possess the following "traits". If you do not possess the following, please do not apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers using our long used system
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Run training meetings
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Very realistic move to a leadership role within 6 months

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work full time, Mon-Fri
  • Previous experience in face to face B2B sales preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects
  • Self-disciplined
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • High degree of integrity
  • Coachable
