Territory Sales Representative

American Book Company, an established 25+ year k12 publisher of print and digital resources, is seeking a qualified candidate for selling to Louisiana public schools.

Responsibilities include visiting schools and district offices, exhibiting at shows, dropping off samples to contacts, digital and voice follow-ups, presentations, and building instruction-based relationships with educators to the point of sale.

Great speaking voice, positive mental attitude, and basic computer literacy are musts for this position. Also, individuals with 2+ years of k12 sales experience and/or former public school educators only need apply.

A base pay of $65k is provided, plus commission and mileage reimbursement. This is a Full-Time position. Additional benefits (Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Holidays, Vacation Pay, 401k Match) are all available. Details can be discussed for those interested.
