Job description

Positionsbeskrivning:
Vi söker en erfaren Testingenjör ansvarig för test, verifiering och validering av hårdvara, mjukvara eller kompletta system. Du kommer att planera och genomföra tester genom hela utvecklingscykeln för att säkerställa att produkterna uppfyller tekniska krav, kvalitetsstandarder och tillförlitlighetsförväntningar, i nära samarbete med utvecklings-, system- och kvalitetsteam.

Huvudsakliga Arbetsuppgifter:
Planera och utföra tester genom hela utvecklingslivscykeln

Genomföra testning, verifiering och validering av hårdvara, mjukvara eller kompletta system

Säkerställa att produkter uppfyller tekniska krav, kvalitetsstandarder och tillförlitlighetskrav

Arbeta i nära samarbete med utvecklings-, system- och kvalitetsteam

Utveckla och underhålla strukturerade testplaner och dokumentation

Analysera och kommunicera testresultat effektivt till intressenter

Identifiera och rapportera problem, stödja rotorsaksanalys och lösning

Kravprofil

✅ Grundläggande Kvalifikationer:
Erfarenhet av testning, verifiering eller kvalitetssäkring

God förståelse för tekniska system och kravbaserat arbetssätt

Förmåga att arbeta strukturerat med testplaner och dokumentation

Analytisk förmåga och god kommunikation av testresultat

Flytande engelska (svenska är meriterande)

Bakgrund inom teknisk testning eller verifieringsingenjör

Meriterande Kvalifikationer:
Erfarenhet av automatiserade tester och testramverk

Kunskap om HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) eller SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) testning

Erfarenhet av lab- eller fälttester

Bakgrund inom säkerhetskritiska eller reglerade system (fordon, medicinteknik, flyg, etc.)

Programmerings- eller skriptkunskaper för testautomatisering

Kännedom om testhanteringsverktyg och felrapporteringssystem

Tekniska Kompetenser:
Testplanering och exekvering genom utvecklingscykeln

Verifierings- och valideringsmetodologier

Kravbaserade testmetoder

Testdokumentation och rapportering

Samarbete med tvärfunktionella team

Kvalitetssäkringsprinciper och praxis
