About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven and highly organised individual to lead ticketing operations and drive revenue growth across matchdays and events. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, marketing, and data-driven decision-making, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ticketing & Revenue Growth
- Lead all ticketing operations across matchdays and events
- Develop and execute strategies to increase attendance and ticket revenue
- Manage season tickets, bundles, and future ticket sales initiatives
- Oversee ticket allocations, hospitality, and partner requirements
Marketing & Sales
- Plan and execute ticket sales campaigns across digital channels
- Deliver email marketing campaigns, including match promotions and offers
- Work closely with internal teams to improve conversion rates and fan engagement
- Utilise paid advertising to drive ticket sales where appropriate
Data, CRM & Analytics
- Own and develop the organisation’s CRM and fan data strategy
- Use Google Analytics and ticketing data to track and optimise performance
- Build audience segmentation to improve targeting and retention
- Report on sales performance, trends, and growth opportunities
Matchday & Experience
- Lead ticketing operations on matchdays, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Develop strategies to maximise attendance across all seating areas
- Improve the customer journey from purchase through to attendance
Partnerships & Community Growth
- Drive ticket sales through partnerships with schools, colleges, and local businesses
- Build relationships with community groups to grow attendance
- Support wider commercial and partnership initiatives
About You
- Experience in ticketing, sales, marketing, or events
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition
- Experience using CRM systems and data to drive decision-making
- Comfortable with Google Analytics and campaign tracking
- Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and revenue generation
- Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
⭐ Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience working in sport, entertainment, or live events
- Knowledge of ticketing platforms and fan engagement tools
