Your Role

• Wash and keep all kitchen utensils, crockery, cookware, and equipment clean and ready for service
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dishwashing and back-of-house areas
• Support the kitchen team with basic BOH tasks when required
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen crew to keep daily operations flowing smoothly
