Looking to fill Processor Position Immediately!
PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY IS REQUIRED
Duties Include Daily interactions with parties to the sales contract
Obtaining and entering data into software (Qualia experience preferred but not required)
Obtaining mortgage payoffs, HOA demands, lien certificates and assisting senior processors with daily tasks
Answering phones and routing to appropriate staff
Attention to detail is a must
