Responsibilities

• Performance Tracking & Growth Strategy: Track creator performance (e.g., GMV, engagement), identify key levers for growth, and implement personalized strategies to accelerate results. Prefer highly data skill talent with data background
• Coordinate Campaign Execution: Cascade campaign updates, track nomination slots, and ensure Creator Managers are aligned with deadlines and deliverables for key sales campaigns and livestream events.
• Content Collaboration: Support creators in planning and optimizing commerce-driven content, including LIVE sessions and short videos. Ensure content aligns with platform trends and delivers commercial impact.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with category managers, marketing, and MCN teams to align creator efforts with campaign priorities and ecosystem development goals.
• Execute Creator Campaign Support Requests: Help team to manage the submit applications, ensuring creators receive timely support to boost visibility and performance during campaigns.
• Create Internal & External Decks: Assist creator manager to develop compelling showcases, campaign summaries, and pitch decks to highlight creator achievements, brand partnerships, and team milestones.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate student and currently enrolled in a university who is able to work 4-5 days a week
• An outstanding appreciation for accuracy of information and clean, perfect formatting
• Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint & Google Workspace tools
• Collaborative and open to project challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Data driven and sensitive to data insight is highly preferred
