What You’ll Do

• Turn every customer interaction into a sale
• Drive activations, upgrades, home internet, and accessory bundles
• Hit aggressive daily/weekly sales targets and outperform your peers
• Master our sales process and use it with every customer
• Keep the store sharp, compliant, and ready to sell at all times
• Troubleshoot devices, perform SIM swaps, and deliver fast solutions

Compensation

Hourly pay + strong activation commissions, accessory bonuses, and top‑performer monthly incentives. High performers consistently out‑earn average reps.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
