Duties

• Operate tow trucks and other vehicles to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles.
• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Assess vehicle conditions and determine the best towing method for safe transport.
• Perform basic mechanical checks on vehicles and tow trucks to ensure operational safety.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including vehicle details and customer interactions.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on duty.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide guidance on towing procedures.

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial driving or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive repairs.
• Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in stressful situations.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
