Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide real-world experience, learning industry technical and professional skills, abilities and activities to contribute to the Dentsu network. Job Title: Traffic Intern Job Description: Key responsibilities:

• Set and coordinate timelines and production schedules
• Manage, track and facilitate all jobs in the system
• Support the Managing Editor with internal communication in order to chase assets, facilitate the revert process and keep internal parties informed
• Coordinate packaging of hi-res images and PDFs
• Upload files and maintain online filing structures
• Liaise with third-party and freelance suppliers
• Process invoices and track expenditure
• Keep the magazine digital library archive up to date and facilitate creation of all digimags
• General administrative tasks, such as booking studios coordinating petty cash requests
