Treasury Analyst

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance - Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing cash flows, monitoring bank transactions, and supporting the company’s treasury operations to ensure financial stability and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has up to one (1) year of experience in a banking environment or corporate treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient funding for operational requirements
• Manage and reconcile bank transactions and balances
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports
• Support investment and borrowing activities as needed
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for transactions and requirements
• Assist in developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports related to treasury activities
• Support other finance functions as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course
• Open to fresh graduates; candidates with at least one (1) year of experience in a banking environment or treasury operations preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
