Job Description

Job Title: Treasury Intern

Location: Corporate

Department: Finance

Job Summary: The Treasury Intern is responsible for assisting the Treasury team with day-to-day activities and with special projects.

Principal Duties:

• Assist with the preparation of debt covenant calculations.
• Assist with the preparation of various balance sheet account analyses.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly bank account reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
• Assist with the preparation of management presentations and supporting schedules.
• Assist with chargeback research activity.
• Research and provide stores with credit for counterfeit activity.
• Provide departmental coverage during peak vacation periods.
• Perform general clerical activities as needed.
• Perform duties and special projects as assigned by department managers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration or major in Accounting or Finance; current sophomores strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
