Uat Analyst (1 Year Contract)

Support PRUJourney and other ongoing enterprise projects by executing and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. This includes developing test plans, reviewing business requirements, designing test scenarios, coordinating testers, and ensuring high quality delivery of customer and advisor journey enhancements. This position will report to Lead of PRUAdvisory.
Job Description:
  • Develop comprehensive Sales Advisory UAT and QA test plans, including test strategy, scope, timelines, entry/exit criteria, and resource requirements.
  • Review Sales Advisory requirements, process flows, and user stories to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability.
  • Design test scenarios and test cases aligned to PRUJourney design principles and project needs.
  • Coordinate and support UAT execution with stakeholders, including tracking test progress, guiding testers, resolving blockers, and ensuring adherence to test protocols.
  • Conduct thorough review on testing (functional, regression, system integration) and document test results clearly and accurately.
  • Lead defect triaging with internal stakeholders and vendors; ensure issues are logged, prioritized, monitored, resolved, and verified promptly.
  • Uphold Sales Advisory standards by implementing consistent testing methodology, documentation, and reporting across projects.
  • Provide Sales Advisory support for new or evolving digital initiatives under PRUJourney and other enterprise platforms.
  • Continuously identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen overall Sales Advisory governance and efficiency.

Working Experience:
  • 2–4 years of experience in UAT, QA, system testing, or business analysis
  • Experience in financial services or insurance sector will be an advantage
  • Prior involvement in digital transformation or process improvement projects preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
Professional Qualifications:
  • ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent testing certification is an advantage.
Education:
  • Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related fields
