Ugg Store Manager - Queenstown

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an energetic and driven Store Manager to lead our UGG Queenstown store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll partner closely with your Area Manager and Assistant Store Manager to coach, motivate, and inspire a passionate team, while delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.

Your Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving both people and performance by:

• Leading all day-to-day store operations across sales, KPIs, stock, wages, and shrinkage
• Coaching and inspiring your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Monitoring performance daily, weekly, and monthly, celebrating wins and addressing opportunities
• Managing rosters and wages in line with budget and company expectations
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Ensuring strong OH&S compliance and prioritising team wellbeing
• Developing talent through ongoing training, mentoring, and succession planning

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• 1+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
• A hands-on, results-driven leadership style with a “Make It Happen” mindset
• Proven experience driving KPIs, sales performance, and operational excellence
• Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness
• Confidence in visual merchandising, stock control, and wage management
• A genuine passion for developing people and building a positive, engaged team culture
