What You’ll Be Doing

Durante il nostro stage retribuito farai parte di un grande gruppo multinazionale, affinerai le tue abilità, mentre acquisisci informazioni e professionalità nel settore assicurativo. Potrai interagire con professionisti ed esperti tecnici per conoscere la loro funzione, apprendere dal lavoro che svolgono, sperimentarti in prima linea per diventare un professionista nel mondo assicurativo.

All’interno del dipartimento Operations di AXA XL Italy, entrerai a far parte del team che ha l’obiettivo di fornire un servizio di alta qualità, dare vita ed attivare la copertura assicurativa su rischi complessi.

Ti relazionerai con broker e clienti di grandi aziende, all’interno di una dimensione internazionale con lo scopo di risolvere situazioni contrattuali e ogni esigenza dei nostri clienti in ambito nazionale e internazionale. Avrai l’opportunità di relazionarti con tutti i dipartimenti assicurativi dalla Sottoscrizione, al Commerciale, al Finance, e ai Sinistri, comunicando anche con i nostri colleghi di altri paesi per attivare programmi assicurativi all’estero.

• Verificare le condizioni di accettazione della richiesta del cliente, interagendo con soggetti esterni (l’intermediario assicurativo) e interni (dipartimento sottoscrittivo)
• Essere il punto di riferimento per i soggetti esterni e interni, oltre ai colleghi all’estero per la gestione dei clienti internazionali
• Monitorare, pianificare ed emettere i documenti contrattuali, coordinandoti con il tuo tutor, con il tuo team e soggetti interni ed esterni alla Società
• Gestire e monitorare l’evoluzione delle performance attraverso i dati forniti dai sistemi aziendali, a livello di qualità, velocità e esigenze del cliente
