Underwriting Assistant Property

• Ensure that the administrative pre- and post-bind processes are run efficiently and bring high-quality service to internal and external clients and colleagues.
• Accurate, efficient process of (complex) multinational solutions, non-multinational accounts and incoming accounts – always in compliance with our policies and guidelines
• Implement of new/renewed accounts, including controlling and monitoring issue of documents, system entering, premium collection, reinsurance ceding
• Interact efficiently and professionally with various internal stakeholders, such as Underwriting, Claims, Accounting, our network, as well as external stakeholders, such as clients and brokers
• Manage and monitor the evolution of performance through the data provided by company systems, in terms of quality, speed and customer needs.

• Knowledge of insurance business Property and Casualty, processes and regulatory system
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
• Experience in an underwriting support position or other insurance related experience will be a plus
• Preferably knowledge of Property business line
• Able to work under your own initiative and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate with people with different expertise, from different countries and cultures to achieve collective goals.
• Adapt quickly to changes, show appetite for the unknown, and learn in all circumstances
