The Wholesale Operations team provides dedicated support to the underwriters within our Wholesale Casualty Underwriting Units. The team assists underwriters with new and renewal business by preparing necessary documents, communicating with brokers, and ensuring that underwriting files are complete and accurate. Additionally, Operations plays a key role in process improvement initiatives, actively identifying efficiency opportunities to enhance the daily workflows and effectiveness of the underwriters.

You will report to the Operations Manager.
