Server – Maeva

Location: Downtown Gilbert, AZ

Maeva is a dual-concept restaurant in the heart of Downtown Gilbert: a globally inspired café by day and an intimate prix fixe supper club by night. Our mission is to create experiences that blend comfort with refinement, where every guest feels seen, valued, and celebrated.

We are looking for passionate and professional Servers to join our team. At Maeva, servers aren’t just order-takers — they are storytellers, guides, and hosts who help bring our brand of hospitality to life.

Your Role

Maeva Café (Daytime Service):

• Provide warm, attentive service in a relaxed café environment.
• Guide guests through our all-day menu of globally inspired coffee, tea, and fresh seasonal offerings.
• Maintain smooth pacing and table flow during brunch and lunch service.

Maeva After Dark (Prix Fixe Dinner Service):

• Execute polished, course-paced service for a refined multi-course prix fixe menu.
• Communicate with guests about wine pairings, menu details, and chef’s specials with confidence and knowledge.
• Deliver an elevated dining experience that feels both personal and extraordinary.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and genuine hospitality to every guest.
• Anticipate needs and deliver seamless service across café and prix fixe dinner settings.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Maeva’s food, beverage, and wine menus.
• Participate in tastings and pre-shift briefings to stay current on seasonal updates.
• Support the team during peak times by running food, resetting tables, and assisting colleagues.
• Uphold Maeva’s grooming and uniform standards, setting an example of professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience, ideally in polished casual or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills and team-focused attitude.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $15–$17/hr base + tip pool
