Upwork Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated intern to join our team to assist with various tasks related to our operations on Upwork. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about the ins and outs of freelance work and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with the creation and optimization of profiles for our Upwork team members.

Conducting market research to identify trends, pricing, and opportunities within the Upwork marketplace.

Drafting and submitting high-quality proposals to potential clients on Upwork.

Handling communication with potential clients, answering queries, and providing relevant information.

Assisting with project management tasks such as scheduling, tracking deliverables, and maintaining documentation.

Identifying potential clients and reaching out to them through appropriate channels.

Providing support to the team in various administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with Upwork or other freelance platforms is a plus.

Residents of Karachi are preferred due to the potential for in-person meetings and training sessions.
