Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and inquiries.
• Actively listen to customer inquiries to identify potential leads for sales opportunities.
• Educate customers on new products, promotions, and service offerings to drive sales.
• Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and improve overall customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the resolution.
