Now, we’re looking for a driven, strategic, and people-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help bring our marketing solutions to businesses that are ready to grow.

What You'll Do:

As our Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our growth team, connecting with founders, business leaders, and marketing decision-makers who need what we offer. You’ll lead meaningful conversations, uncover real challenges, and guide prospects toward marketing strategies that make a difference.

Whether it’s an outbound discovery call, a productized pitch, or a follow-up to close the deal, you’ll own the process from first hello to signed agreement, always with a consultative, value-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients who can benefit from our marketing consultancy services
  • Lead discovery calls to understand prospect goals, challenges, and growth plans
  • Propose tailored solutions across strategy, paid media, content, and branding services
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals that drive conversions
  • Manage and nurture a healthy sales pipeline through CRM tools and regular follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the marketing and strategy team to align sales messaging and offerings
  • Attend internal alignment sessions to refine offers based on market insights and prospect feedback
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets with consistency and confidence
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, startup challenges, and competitor services to position Scale5X effectively
  • Provide input on refining sales processes, tools, and lead generation strategies

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or consultative selling, ideally in marketing, creative, or tech services
  • Strong communication skills, confident on calls, great at listening, and persuasive in both writing and speaking
  • Understanding of marketing concepts, digital strategy, or growth consulting is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Google suite, Ahrefs, MS Office, AI Tools
  • Comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Ability to ask the right questions, navigate objections, and deliver value-driven pitches
  • Organized, accountable, and driven to meet sales targets with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with remote collaboration tools
  • Digital marketing background
  • Bonus: Experience selling to startups, SaaS companies, or digital-first businesses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
