Intern/Trainee – Zoho Implementation & Support

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic IT freshers who are keen to build a career in business applications, ERP/CRM implementation, and client support. This role involves working on real business problems using Zoho applications and helping clients digitize and streamline their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementation and configuration of Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, etc.)
• Understand client business processes and map them into system workflows
• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support to clients
• Handle data import, validation, and basic reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams for customization and integration requirements
• Support testing, documentation, and training activities
• Monitor system usage and proactively identify improvement areas
• Assist in automation using workflows and basic scripting (Deluge)

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of databases, software applications, and IT concepts
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn business processes (Sales, Finance, Operations)
• Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, data handling)

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Exposure to CRM/ERP systems
• Knowledge of APIs or any programming language
• Internship/project experience in software or business applications

Eligibility:

• BSc IT, BCA, BE (IT/Computer), MCA or equivalent
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
