Your Mission:

We are seeking a US Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, compliance, tax reporting, and employee benefits administration. This role involves handling payroll operations, reconciling payroll data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting employee inquiries. You will work with key payroll systems, generate reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payroll execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Review employee payroll data, including earnings, deductions, and benefits contributions
• Manage payroll tax filings, W-2s, 1099s, and year-end reporting
• Reconcile payroll accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Administer 401(k) and retirement plan contributions, including eligibility, matching, and compliance testing
• Handle payroll-related compliance, including FLSA, ERISA, ACA, and IRS regulations
• Support employees with payroll inquiries, tax withholdings, direct deposits, and benefit deductions
• Work with payroll software such as Relius, ADP, Workday, Paylocity, or similar systems

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in US payroll processing and benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, 401(k) contributions, and compliance requirements
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and payroll software (Relius, ADP, Paylocity, Workday, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
