Utility Worker

Job Summary:
The Housekeeping / Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of assigned areas. The role includes performing routine cleaning, assisting with facility upkeep, and providing general support to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize rooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and waste in proper containers.
• Replenish supplies such as tissue, soap, sanitizers, and cleaning materials.
• Assist in minor repairs and maintenance tasks when needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, polisher, pressure washer, etc.) safely.
• Maintain cleaning tools and report any damage or need for replacement.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Support company events or operations by setting up/arranging furniture, moving equipment, and providing general utility assistance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate
• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or utility work is an advantage
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: Php695.00 per day

Education:

• Senior High School (Required)

Experience:

• housekeeping: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Professional driver's license (Preferred)
