Utility Worker

Job Purpose

Provides general support services to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and smooth operations of the workplace. Assists with maintenance, delivery, and other related tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of offices, restrooms, hallways, and other work areas.
• Assist in basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, moving furniture, and setting up office equipment.
• Handle disposal of waste and segregation of recyclable materials.
• Assist in receiving, delivering, and transporting company materials or documents as instructed.
• Ensure office supplies and cleaning materials are stocked and properly stored.
• Support company events or activities by setting up venues and equipment.
• Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience as utility or maintenance staff is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Knowledge in basic maintenance or janitorial tasks preferred.
• Honest, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
