Ux Designer (Robotics) - Mölndal, Gothenburg

Do you want to shape the next generation of industrial and collaborative robotics? We are looking for an experienced UX Designer for a consulting assignment within hyper-realistic simulation . You will join a global R&D environment working with advanced tools for robot programming, modeling, and simulation.

About the Assignment

You will work with the development of a leading product suite for robot programming, modeling, and simulation. Together with designers and developers, you will tackle complex design challenges and create solutions that truly make an impact .

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the design process from early concepts to final solutions
• Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Visualize complex ideas and translate them into clear designs ready for development
• Document design proposals following established principles
• Work in a modern, agile software environment using up-to-date tools
• Follow and contribute to improving the company’s UX framework and processes
• Seek and analyze user feedback to continuously refine the product

Your profile

• Fluent in English; motivated to learn Swedish
• Master’s degree in design, human–computer interaction (HCI), or another relevant field
• 3+ years of professional experience as a UX designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• A strong portfolio showcasing projects across platforms and devices
• Hands-on experience throughout all stages of the design process
• Experience with design systems (plus)
• Skills in icon design and vector graphics (plus)
• Familiarity with UX writing and content creation (plus)

Remote work: Approx. 25%
