Job Description
Assay Development NGS, in the Highplex department within RnD, has the main responsibility to develop immunoassays for Olink's Highplex products and to evaluate assay performance throughout development projects. The team is highly involved in new product introduction projects which are carried out with members from other departments.
We are now seeking a Validation leader to join the Assay Development NGS team. In this role you will take an active part in various product development projects and coordinate verification and validation activities.
- Coordinate validation and verification activities within development projects.
- Develop strategies and write documents such as plans and reports.
- Cooperate with various functions such as QA, Engineering, Project Management to align validation needs.
- Participate in developing the validation process.
- Actively participate in the development of the group's and department's activities and participate in improvement projects.
Requirements:
- PhD in life sciences
- A few years of working experience from the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in managing validation activities.
- Knowledge of validation regulations and requirements
- Experience working with immunoassays, PCR and NGS is advantageous.
- Good computer skills in general.
- Experience of working in projects and conducting risk assessments.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
- English language proficiency required, swedish beneficial.
