Vape Manufacturing Technician

Summary: Maintain and operate Thompson Duke automated cartridge filling machines
while maintaining quality standards, minimizing loss, and meeting company production
goals.

Essential Functions:
● Operate automated cartridge filling machine with efficiency and accuracy
● Filling, capping, and preparing batches for final packaging
● Troubleshoot issues that arise during operation
● Vacuum oven operation for oil preparation
● Perform maintenance as instructed for optimal operation
● Accurate data tracking of concentrate batches, designated hardware, and units
filled
● Maintain concentration and efficiency while completing repetitive tasks.
● Meet company standards within assigned task
● Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as a team
● Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
o Assisting in Packaging Department as needed
o Assist in Extraction Department as needed
● Demonstrate a passion for the industry and working knowledge of cannabis
products
● Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimum supervision; to
prioritize and resolve problems; to complete tasks while working under pressure
with multiple interruptions
● Ability to communicate courteously and effectively
Experience Requirements:
● 1 year experience with cannabis concentrates
● Experience in machinery and troubleshooting
● Understanding of applicable State and Local regulations as they pertain to the
cannabis industry
Job Requirements:
● High School Diploma or equivalent combinations of education and experience
may be considered, including internal experience.
● Previous experience preferred.
● Must consent to and successfully pass a background check.
● Have a Colorado driver’s license or State ID card.
● Be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Job Type: Full-time
