Must-Have Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve (Color Grading).
• Strong camera handling skills (we use Panasonic S5ii series).
• Ability to edit 6K V-Logs (Open Gate function for 9:16 & 16:9).
• Passionate about growth, business, productivity, and impactful content.

Work Requirements

Fluent in English (bonus if you understand Mandarin, but not required).
Able to travel regionally for shoots (20-30% of your time).
Full-time commitment—this isn’t just a job; it’s a career. We promise growth in your skills, career, and personal fulfillment if you’re all in.
Deliverables – 15-25 short-form videos per month + 4-8 long-form videos per month.
