Visual Merchandiser In Oslo

WorkShop – The consumer experience agency is the largest and leading retail agency in the Nordics, working with some of the world's biggest brands. We combine strategic, creative, and tactical services to create innovative customer experiences both online and offline. Join us in creating unique and engaging pop-up concepts for various brands, become one of the market's best brand ambassadors, develop and drive store concepts, or become an expert in social media. WorkShop is involved every step of the way from ideation to execution. Our culture is characterized by a strong sense of community where everyone has the opportunity to have their voice heard.

WorkShop's On-Demand team is now looking for a Visual Merchandiser to support a popular and well-established beauty brand across selected retailers! Whether you're a student or seeking a flexible role, this is a great opportunity to be part of various projects and take on work whenever it fits your schedule. Are you positive, independent, and passionate about retail? Then you are who we're looking for!

About the Role:

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will visit various beauty retailers to ensure the brand is represented in a attractive and premium way. Your main tasks include updating product displays according to planograms, ensuring shelves and fixtures are organised and correctly aligned with brand guidelines. You will also make adjustments to stands, shelving or fixtures- a hands on-mindset is important.

You will work independently while maintaining close communication with managers and colleagues in the field. You will be involved in both short-term and long-term projects, overseeing the planning, execution, and follow-up of various activities.

To succeed in the role, we see you fulfilling these criteria:

  • Has some experience in visual merchandising or retail
  • Is detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Is practical and comfortable solving on-site issues
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in English
  • Preferably having experience working with planograms

We value experience in similar roles, but we think it's even more important that you have a high level of ambition and a passion for development and creating successful customer interactions.

Feel free to send in your CV if you're interested in being contacted for project inquiries.
