OPPORTUNITIES & EXPOSURE

• Support the rollout of Visual Merchandising and POSM strategies across APAC markets, ensuring strong alignment with brand guidelines for product launches.

• Work closely with regional and local teams to adapt and implement VM plans with consistency and attention to detail.

• Track and review in-store launch installations, consolidate feedback, and support follow-up actions to improve execution quality.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and distributors to manage and optimize POSM allocation across markets.

• Provide practical design adaptation support to local markets, balancing brand consistency with local requirements.

• Gain hands-on experience across the full VM process, from planning and coordination to execution and post-launch review in a multi-market environment.

Requirements

• Able to commit 6 months full time internship from Jun/Jul to Dec 2026

• Genuine interest in the beauty industry

• Demonstrate strong communication skills with different functional teams

• Demonstrate problem-solving and project management skills, attention to detail

• Strong accountability and able to work independently when required

• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office PowerPoint, basic proficiency in MS Office Excel. Proficiency with Sketchup will be preferred

• 3D design knowledge will be a plus
