Warehouse Associate

Little Rascals Event Services is a fast-growing event rental company providing inflatables, rock climbing walls, carnival rides, trackless trains, foam parties, and other entertainment for schools, festivals, and private events throughout Southern California.

We are looking for hard-working, dependable team members to join our event crew. This position involves delivering, setting up, operating, and taking down event equipment for parties, school events, and large festivals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up inflatables, carnival games, rock walls, and event equipment

• Safely operate equipment during events when required

• Load and unload trucks and trailers

• Secure equipment with stakes, sandbags, and safety procedures

• Interact professionally with customers and event coordinators

• Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and properly maintained

• Return equipment to the warehouse and assist with unloading

Requirements

• Must be reliable and punctual

• Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Weekend availability required (most events are Saturdays & Sundays)

• Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions

• Positive attitude and good customer service skills

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Event rental or party rental experience

• Driving trucks or towing trailers

• Construction, warehouse, or labor experience

Pay & Benefits

• $17- $20per hour depending on experience

• Flexible scheduling
