What You’ll Do

• Keep Things Moving: Help pick and prepare customer orders with accuracy and care.
• Stay Organized: Maintain precise inventory records using our warehouse management system.
• Take Pride in Your Space: Help keep our warehouse clean, safe, and organized so the whole team can succeed.
• Collaborate: Work alongside great coworkers to meet daily goals and keep operations running smoothly.
• Be Versatile: We believe in a "one team" philosophy. During quieter periods, you’ll have the opportunity to support other departments with various tasks, helping you learn new skills and keep your day engaging.

What We’re Looking For

• Attention to Detail: You’re someone who double-checks the small things to ensure the job is done right.
• Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with leather goods, saddlery, or tack is a huge plus, as these are the high-quality products you'll be handling!
• Tech & Systems: While not required, knowledge of shipping and inventory management systems (WMS) is a definite advantage.
• Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are strongly preferred.
• Adaptability: You’re comfortable in a fast-paced setting and are willing to work weekends or overtime when the team needs an extra hand.
• Team Spirit: You work well independently but also love being part of a group effort.

Note: While previous warehouse, shipping system, or leather goods experience is a bonus, it is not required. We are happy to train the right person!

Pay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour
