Job Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Freight LTL Picker to join our warehouse team. This isn't just standard parcel picking; you will be responsible for pulling larger-scale orders destined for LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments. If you have a strong sense of urgency, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy a consistent 4-day work week, this is the role for you.

Available Shift Schedules

We are currently hiring for two consistent 10-hour shift blocks:

• Schedule A: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Schedule B: Tuesday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM > Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

Key Responsibilities

• LTL Order Picking: Accurately pick large-scale orders using pick/pack software, specifically prepping goods for palletization and freight transport.
• Quality Assurance: Audit freight orders for accuracy and ensure products (Vape/Smoke shop supplies) are undamaged before being wrapped.
• Freight Prep: Assist in staging pallets and ensuring all documentation is ready for LTL carrier pickup.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace to ensure efficient forklift and pallet jack movement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years of warehouse experience (required); specific experience in LTL picking or freight staging is a major plus.
• Urgency: Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet daily freight cutoff times.
• Detail-Oriented: A "measure twice, cut once" mentality to ensure large orders are 100% accurate.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Vape and Smoke Shop products is helpful but not required.
