Battery Outfitters is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver for a full-time, long-term position.

What You'll Do

This position combines warehouse work and delivery driving. Every day is different, and you will stay active throughout the shift.

Warehouse Duties

Stock and organize batteries and inventory

Pull orders accurately

Load and unload deliveries

Operate a forklift (training provided)

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Assist with shipping and receiving

Follow safety procedures

Maintain inventory accuracy

Delivery Duties

Deliver products safely and professionally

Provide excellent customer service

Keep delivery vehicle clean and organized

Collect battery cores

Assist customers with battery needs

Support delivery route sales opportunities

We expect every delivery stop to reflect professionalism and strong customer service.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Valid Driver’s License

Medical Card (Required or willing to obtain – company paid)

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen including THC

Ability to lift batteries and perform physical work daily

Reliable transportation to work

Good attendance and punctuality

Strong work ethic

Warehouse or delivery experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, physical job, including:

Lifting and carrying batteries

Walking and standing

Loading and unloading trucks

Working in a warehouse environment
