Responsibility :

• Accurately and promptly enter data related to Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs), and invoices into internal systems
• Support the invoicing process by verifying delivery documentation and ensuring proper records are submitted to the finance team
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm delivery status and documentation
Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documents for outbound shipments
