We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to support wine warehouse operations through a hybrid role covering administration, compliance, and operational control . This position is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, strong governance, and accurate reporting in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor day‑to‑day warehouse operations from receiving to picking, packing, and dispatch
Maintain accurate inventory control, including cycle counts and discrepancy follow‑up
Track and report daily KPIs, volumes, accuracy, and productivity
Enforce warehouse discipline, quality standards, and SOP compliance
Manage attendance, leave, and MC tracking using UKG
Handle PR / PO processing and coordinate with Finance and vendors
Ensure compliance with customs, health & safety, security, and governance requirements
Act as operational coordinator with warehouse staff, drivers, transporters, and internal teams
Support manpower coverage, succession readiness, and operational continuity during absenteeism
Working Hours
Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternate Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Location: Pioneer Road, Singapore
