About the Role:
Hydraulink is looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative Trainee to join our Hornby team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, prepared, and dispatched accurately.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and keen to grow their career within the business, with opportunities to move into branch service, customer service, or mobile hydraulic sales and service.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, cut, and dispatch customer orders accurately using RF scanners
Operate a forklift and manage stock movement safely
Replenish pick shelves and maintain bulk stock levels
Receive, put away, and manage incoming stock
Support stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Prepare and dispatch customer stock orders

What You Bring:
Warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)
Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
Willingness to learn and grow within the business
