Warehouse Operator (SCM) with 3-5 years relevant experience and necessary certificate

Description about project/department

Out client are looking for a candidate to work fulltime at our warehouse logistics facility at Kollsnes or Sture. Main work location will be Kollsnes, but the we are one-team and help our team at Sture if they need help. The team at Kollsnes consist of 2 employees and 2 apprentices.

Description about task and responsibilities

• Goods receipt and goods receipt control,
• Deviation management,
• Marking of equipment and intermediate storage
• Logistic tasks connected to turnarounds and modifications
• Preparation and delivery of material from warehouse
• Ensure professional services and communication towards both internal and external stakeholders connected to preparation of material for planned activities Daily tasks requires use of car, truck and crane (the associated certificate of competence is required)
• Be an active contributor to continuous improvement, digitalization and building a strong and good working environment
• Be flexible to contribute at other locations upon request

Competence Requirements

• 3-5 years logistic experience
• Certificate of Apprenticeship, advantage with Bachelor in Logistic (SCM)
• Good business and supply chain understanding
• Basic understanding of the Supply Chain and movement of materials, requisitions and purchasing activities SAP competence and competence on other relevant digital tools.
• Interested in continuous improvement in logistics and supply chain activities
• A high degree of accuracy and structure in your work execution
