Warehouse Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires a strong background in warehouse management, with a focus on process improvement and team leadership.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Oversee inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment.
• Improve warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and tools
• Promote company culture and mission to all employees and business partners

Skills & Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a warehouse setting.
• General computer skills with knowledge of Outlook, Excel and MS word
• Basic math skills
• Inventory Management
• Forklift Certification
• Experience with SAP - an advantage
• Experience with WH management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
