Position Overview: The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse team, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment. This role involves leading a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflows, and ensuring that operational goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Inventory Control:
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through regular audits.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to manage stock replenishment and minimize discrepancies.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement best practices.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety training.
• Address and resolve any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including inventory levels, shipment logs, and employee performance.
• Prepare reports for management regarding warehouse operations and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, and navigate throughout the warehouse for extended periods.

Work Environment:

• Primarily working in a warehouse setting, with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
