Waterworks/Utility Labourer
Job Description:


We are on the lookout for a talented Waterworks/Utility Labourer to join our Saskatoon office. You will support ATAP by doing a broad range of project work in the delivery of field services.

  • Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Performing maintenance on field equipment
  • Supporting Operations staff in process optimization
  • Ensuring quality and quantity of materials required for projects
  • Supporting ATAP project managers on proposals and project work
  • Assisting in the preparation of field work
  • Attending team meetings and project meetings

The ATAP office is in Saskatoon, SK, but the successful candidate may be located anywhere in SK, with willingness to travel around the province.




Job Requirements:


What you will bring:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent level education
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Quick learner
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Committed team player
  • Adaptability to dynamic work requirements
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in water and wastewater utility operations
  • Experience working in a technical, contracting, trades, or engineering environment is an asset
  • Possess a valid class 5 driver's license
