Role: Web Development Intern
Join us to level up our website performance, UX, SEO, and integrations. You’ll work across WordPress/Headless, booking and payment flows, analytics, and CRO experiments—shipping improvements that directly increase bookings.

What you’ll do

• Performance & UX: optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), reduce bloat, improve navigation and mobile UX.
• SEO & content tech: implement structured data (Schema.org), fix technical SEO issues, build landing pages, support multi-location SEO.
• Integrations: connect WordPress with bookings, payments (e.g., Mollie/Stripe), CRM, and email tools via APIs/webhooks.
• CRO experiments: create/test new layouts, offers, and micro-interactions; run A/B tests and report results.
• Component library: standardize reusable components (pricing cards, FAQs, forms, modals) for speed and consistency.
• Analytics & dashboards: instrument events (GTM/GA4), set up funnels, and build simple dashboards tying traffic → bookings.
• Security & hygiene: backups, updates, access control, uptime checks, error logging, staging → production workflow.
• Documentation: write concise docs and SOPs so ops/marketing can self-serve.

Your profile

• Enrolled in Web Development, ICT, Software Engineering, or related studies.
• Comfortable with WordPress.
• Understands web basics: performance, accessibility, responsive design, SEO fundamentals.
• Practical mindset: can turn a problem and a metric into a working solution.
• Clear communicator; documents work and collaborates with non-technical teammates.

What you’ll learn (and own)

• How to move the needle on Core Web Vitals and see the impact on rankings and conversions.
• Building booking funnels and connecting them to payments, CRM, and email.
• Running CRO tests end-to-end: hypothesis → variant → results → rollout.
• Technical SEO for multi-location businesses (structure, internal linking, schema).
• Safe delivery: staging, QA checklists, rollbacks, and post-deploy monitoring.
