Roles and Responsibilities:
A big driver of Plum’s growth so far are quick and iterative experiments that run with a stack of no-code tools. We’re looking for a Growth Intern to help us ideate and run more such growth experiments with no-code tools like Webflow, HubSpot, HotJar, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, and more.

Your day-to-day in this role would include:

• Working closely with the Growth Marketing function to build webpages, calculators, forms and more using Webflow, Zapier, GSuite and other no-code tools
• Work on conversion rate optimization for Plum’s website, landing pages, and blog
• Work with Marketing and Sales Operations to optimise lead-funnel and engagement using HubSpot and Salesforce
• Working with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing stack with our applications and databases

Experience and Qualifications:

• You like building things from scratch using no-code tools and are in the early stages of your career
• Love building and shipping digital products like websites or apps
• Basic understanding of analytics tools
• Familiarity with marketing and sales funnels and tools like CRM, Messaging platforms, etc
• Responsive, accountable and detail-oriented
• Creative thinker with a strong bias for action
