Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing enhancement of Workday Payroll and related Workday modules. The ideal candidate has strong Workday functional and technical expertise, experience with enterprise applications, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Payroll and one or more Workday modules, including Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, and Data Conversion.
• Configure, customize, and support Workday applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Build and maintain Workday reports, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Debug and enhance existing applications and configurations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in Agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
